Staying at Residence Europe & Spa was enjoyable. The staff members were efficient and responded quickly to all inquiries, showing a personal touch. Rooms were clean and well-arranged, with plenty of space to move around. The indoor swimming pool was a gem, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Notably, the hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the Saint-Ouen metro station, making it easy to travel into central Paris. On the downside, some facilities needed improvement. the air conditioning wasn't working properly and the noise from outside was noticeable, especially during the early morning. The lack of coffee and tea-making facilities in the room also left something to be desired. Overall, it served as a good base for our Paris adventure.

The hotel's rooftop terrace provided a delightful view of the city, and the evening atmosphere was very enjoyable. The DIY orange juice extractor at breakfast added a fun touch to the morning routine.

I was absolutely appalled that I couldn't even book a time slot for the spa without a struggle, as if everyone else was more important. Also, the breakfast was basic at best, definitely not what I expected. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't. I demand better treatment next time.

It was perfect for our five kids to unwind after a day out. The breakfast spread was a hit too, especially the pastries and Nutella. We found it easy to explore nearby Montmartre.

stayed at residence europe & spa for 3 nights. the indoor swimming pool was a great way to relax, and it’s just a 5-minute walk from the saint ouen station, making travel easy. the staff were genuinely friendly, which made our stay even better.

The room was functional with access to the pool and gym, which were both clean and well-maintained. The staff was personable, addressing needs promptly and with a smile. I enjoyed the city view from the room. it added a pleasant touch to my stay.

Nice place for a getaway!

Spent 5 nights here with family. Breakfast was decent but kinda basic, could’ve used more options. Also, the reception should improve on helping us understand things without looking annoyed. Overall, great vibe for exploring the area, especially Montmartre!

It was just a well-suited match for a short break in Clichy with good price value. The gym and pool were better than expected, providing a nice way to unwind after a long day. Try to check if early check-in is possible before arrival.
